Sam Skinner
Sam is a licensed building practitioner and has worked in the building industry for the past 10 years. He has worked in all sectors of construction including large commercial, residential housing and renovation work. Sam is an extremely competent project manager and is responsible for ensuring successful completion of all stages of a building job. He prides himself on delivering each project on time and on budget!
Dean Skinner
Dean comes from the old school of building where quality and great customer service are the priorities. He has worked in the building industry for 20 years including a two year contract for Fletchers on the new Wellington Hospital for which he received a highly recommended accolade for his work.

We have a great team, some who have been with us for years including qualified builders, laborers and two apprentices.
We also have a great network of experienced and qualified subcontractors who meet our high standards of workmanship, many of whom we have worked with for a long time.
